Fun Physical Activities to do in PJ

  • Hiking: The 100-hectare Bukit Gasing Forest Reserve separates the city of Petaling Jaya (Selangor state) from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. It was originally a rubber estate, but nature's wonderful restorative powers have been allowed to work their magic in the ensuing 60 years, and the park is now a rich secondary forest with some rather large trees. Bukit Gasing is a popular site for neighbouring inhabitants to stretch their legs, get their lungs and hearts functioning, and sweat off any excess weight because it is surrounded by densely populated neighbourhoods. Bukit Gasing Park has a variety of hiking paths to suit all levels of enthusiasm and fitness.

  • Batting Cage: Malaysia's & Southeast Asia's First and Only Baseball-Themed Fun Park! It's a Hit! Batting Cages is Malaysia's and Southeast Asia's first and only baseball-themed amusement park. • Bouldering: Bouldering and rock climbing have become popular sports in recent years, and those who have tried it describe it as a highly addicting pastime (warning!). Local climbing gyms in KL and Selangor ensure a fantastic full-body exercise if you're wanting to try a new activity, improve strength, and burn some calories. Bump is a terrific spot for beginners and kids alike, so don't be intimidated if this is your first visit!

  • Food Hunting: Petaling Jaya is home to a wide selection of restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines, from local to foreign cuisines such as Western and Thai. In reality, these gourmet businesses are popping up all over the place in suburban, town, and city areas. There was something for everyone in terms of affordability, taste, and ambiance, whether it was the low-cost eateries or the high-end dining establishments.
